- Enter your ID number and the phone number used during your application.
- Request a PIN, which will be sent to your registered phone number.

- Choose the reason for the appeal and submit your request. After this, wait for the outcome.
Request Reconsideration by Phone
- Call SASSA at 0800 60 10 11.
- Now select option 3 to speak with a SASSA consultant.
- You can lodge your reconsideration request directly over the phone.
